Monday, July 20, students on campus for summer school gathered at Tecumseh Hall for a cookout marking the end of the summer semester and the beginning of finals week. Among the festivities, a screening of the biopic of the late King of Pop, “Michael” (2026), was held at the Haskell Auditorium at 7:30 pm. Students have been anticipating this screening as it was originally scheduled to be shown in a movie-under-the-stars style at the Memorial Arch, but was rescheduled due to rainy weather.
Organized by the Student Affairs Office, the Student Activities Department, and Curtis Hall staff, the event provided students with an opportunity to relax and connect before finals.
