Rascal currently resides over at Osceola-Keokuk Hall. He is a Tabby cat and is seven months old. He is described by his owner as “crazy, sweet, and outdoorsy”. He loves to be put on his leash and head onto the Haskell grounds. He enjoys playing with the hopping squirrels. AsContinue Reading
