“Grilled salmon and wild rice. It is the only time I will eat Curtis.” said student representative, Alysah Carpenter.

“Chinese Food is about an 8/10. It seems like it makes you full real fast,” said Kyla Williams.

“Chicken pozole is my personal favorite; it is so good. Sometimes the little pizzas are good too,” said club Treasurer Angelica Henson.

“The chicken nuggets yesterday were pretty good. Sweet tea is good, and they are never out of ice,” said Austin Schimmel.

“I usually go for the vegetarian option, which I am grateful they offer, but overall the salad bar is my favorite.” said Emmalee Fields.

“My personal favorite Curtis [meal] is chili cheese dogs and curly fries. For me, it’s a staple food back home and is super tasty. Today, the chefs served it on a REAL plate. I was pretty excited about that. Definitely 10 out of 10 every day, I’m grateful to have it as an option,” said Indian Leader Club President Allison Levering.
