Wyomee Cooke (She/Hers) (Diné)
Yá’át’ééh! My name is Wyomee, and I am a senior pursuing my Bachelors in American Indian Studies. I am Diné coming all the way from Crystal, NM; but I reside in Thoreau, NM. I am passionate about being creative, whether it’d be with my words or through self-expression with my hobbies like crocheting, beading, sewing, etc. Soon, I would like to attend law school where I will obtain my Juris Doctorate degree; but in the meantime, I think that being a writer for the Indian Leader will help me to brush up on my writing skills for when that time comes.
