As I sit free, thinking of you and me.
Still can’t believe how we came to be.
You gave me hope and filled my heart with grace.
Your love I shall never want to replace.
For your love took me out of a dark place.
I will never be the same again.
But you’ll never hear me complain.
Cause since you came into my life,
I want to do better and make you my one and only.
But only if you allow me to be the man you need.
I promise you one day, I will read those vowels.
